• Site assessment, inspection, measure and photography
• Client brief and consultation with Building Designer
• Identification of any structural requirements
• Site plan, demolition plan, floor plan and elevations of proposed project
• Showroom presentation and tour including proposal of colours/finishes, products and materials
• Quotation for home extension project (subject to final engineering report)
